Do you really love one (or a few!) of our toys, but wish that it was a different colour or size? We can help! Maybe you love our Monarch Butterfly, but it's too small - we can make it bigger! Or maybe you love our baby dragon, but you want it a sunset ombre colour (drool!) - we can paint it to your specifications!
How to order:
1. Choose your piece and how you would like to customize (colour, shaping, size).
2. Leave a note at checkout with your request, and pay the deposit. The deposit locks your request into the system and your position in the list of custom orders.
3. Keep an eye out for an email from us - we will clarify your request, and provide a quote and turnaround time for the work.
4. Once work is complete and you are happy with your custom piece, an invoice will be sent with the outstanding amount due, including postage. Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
5. Enjoy your super special and unique NOM toy, and don't forget to leave a review!
Important Information:
* Not all customizations are possible - in the event that we are unable to create something to your requirements, a full refund will be issued.
* All designs and pieces are the intellectual property of NOM Handcrafted Pty Ltd, and are not to be replicated without permission.
* In the event that the customer is unhappy with the final iteration and does not wish to proceed, a refund of the deposit may be provided, but the work remains the property of NOM Handcrafted Pty Ltd and may be sold at their discretion.
NOM Handcrafted toys are handmade, and each subject to differences in wood grain, colour and size. They are none machined perfection, but rather an expression of perfectly imperfect.
All materials and finishes used are child-safe, however they are not intended to be mouthed or wet. Please use under adult supervision.
NOM Handcrafted animals have been designed with an open-ended play pedagogy in mind – perfect for engaging your child in imaginative, small world play with no limit on what stage they might create. Small world play is wonderful for encouraging language development, social connections and learning about our place within a rich and vibrantly diverse world.

Are your toys safe?
All our toys adhere to the AS/NZS 8124 Toy Safety Standards, and is also compliant with the European EN71 standards.
We recommend age 3+ for all our toys.
How should I clean my toys?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge.
Pen and pencil can be removed with very light use of 'magic eraser' but this can lift the paint off as well so use caution. In the case of permanent marker or other irreversible marks, please contact us to see if we can refinish your toy for you.

Orders are shipped between 1-5 business days from Dayboro, QLD.
We use Australia Post for all local and international orders.
International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available. If you are having an issue at checkout due to your country, please email us and we'll sort it out ASAP.
Pricing
We use a flat rate for Australian orders, and free shipping on orders over $150aud.
International pricing is dependent on country and weight - pricing is discounted where possible.
