Echidnas are one of the few mammals that lay eggs. That’s right, they’re essentially part-time birds. But don’t tell them that – it’s a bit of a sore subject!

He may look like he’s rolled right out of the Australian bush, but don’t worry – this one won’t leave you with any real prickles! Whether he’s waddling through a make-believe forest or doing a slow-motion race with your other wooden critters, our echidna promises endless hours of fun without the need for insect snacks.

What is a 'Movement' piece?

The Movement Collection is an expression of the natural world in wooden form, an attempt to capture dynamic, lifelike poses while still providing durable and keepsake quality toys for everyday play. Due to the time intensive carving process, these are offered in limited quantities, and are each unique.
